In my opinion, the Orion Nebula is the most beautiful object ever observed sky. And, in light of the ESO that the images portrayed, I am even more convinced. I have seen a veritable patchwork of images of this nebula, and this is one of the most beautiful ever taken.
This image, which the site defines ESO 'ethereal', was captured by the Wide Field Imager located in La Silla, in Chilean territory. This image, in addition to its unquestionable magnificence, offers astronomers an opportunity sporadic - if not only - to closely study this nebula. Obviously this is a mosaic of images, meticulously built by astronomer Russian Igor Chekalin, which - according to a note in the article - would have used the data collected by ESA in all these years of activity.
I seemed foreign and enveloped by thick arcana, Orion was a point of reference. Expected it to arise, pushing the three volcanoes of Lake Atitlan, and recognize in it a lamp: the Orion Nebula. Its gas have become so glaring from overheating caused by the strong jets of particles of young protostars.
stellar This incubator is very familiar to us, who more or less, but for astronomers is one of the most mysterious nebulae that are known. At first it was believed that its distance from Earth is 1,500 light years, then scientists, proceeding by inference, arrived in 1350 in 2007, but is still hotly debated on this data.
