Shark Invitations Print
The Mayor and the Board to raise awareness of the new contractor to verify the professionalism of staff and promote, in the event of a positive outcome of such verification, the continuation of its labor relations."
During the discussion, many speakers highlighted that it is generally accepted the need to secure the job without making any changes that effect the tender, offering a significant advantage to the current operator, indeed this is already in pole position as a any other than the contractor to be paid - by virtue of the major works carried out - the sum of € 275mila.
is useful for this about a flashback story in orders per year related to the management of the swimming center. The first government
Gandini, a mid-term, clearly established the need to make major maintenance work at the facilities of Via Olimpia, he realizes that the cooperative that runs them has the economic potential for the mission in question.
In 2002 he was led to a supply contract for the management of the swimming center that passes under the auspices of the newborn Acquaviva2001 consortium.
In 2005, the plant covered the subject of major maintenance work, the new operator proposes to make the cover of the outdoor swimming pool, work that would have made in just two months for the moderation disagio economico dato dall’inutilizzabilità nel periodo invernale delle piscine coperte.
The manager, given that his largest investment, it requires that the Administration shall pay the sum in question or to extend the contract a few years. The lawyers of
Palazzo De Stefani oppose this last claim for legal reasons.
The claims manager in the meantime had grown to 400 thousand euro (but on this sum there has been no recognition by the municipal offices). It is impossible to extend the life of the contract, seeking payment of that sum, declaring otherwise available to take away the more established works. The
Buon Natale a tutti!

What Does Knit 6 Rows Mean
Designers: Bruna Vendemmia, Laura Falcone, Stefano Sbarbati
- The project area is the southeastern border of a large park with residences and equipment provided by the "PII Merlata Farm" north of Via Gallarate. The main entrance to the park is located by the master at the House Merlata.
- Gallaratese The neighborhood and the surrounding areas, while still presenting the typical elements of the outskirts of Milan, are now integrated into the city.
- per accogliere e delimitare il parco e, al contempo, proteggere lo spazio condominiale rispetto alla strada, The building is concentrated along the south-west of the lot. The result of separate entities: one is building a large and massive, defined stereotomic, which forms the boundary wall, built-up area of the park and on the other hand, within a batch and arranged more freely in the green, three volumes, defined tectonic much more permeable.
- To encourage interaction between site and the city is located on the ground floor via Gallarate a "promoter of urbanity, a function of neighborhood giving quality the space in front of the building and the park also appeals to local residents Gallaratese. The project proposes a center for music that will help to enliven the neighborhood in the evening. In parallel, you create a pedestrian path that starts from Via Gallarate and across the lot, entering the park.
In this way the whole site functions as a valve between the park and city.
This first scheme was further divided into the following account of bioclimatic factors:
- Volume stereotomic original monolithic, L, was excavated on the upper floors and completed with the addition of transverse sleeves to get the best exposure for the greatest number of dwellings. The lower floors, however, remained anchored to the ground to protect the garden from the prevailing winds in winter, from south-west.
- the offset of the towers is functional to obtain the best possible exposure to housing.

Quien Canta A Long On Dong
This paper based my research on the relation between the local and the global in the metropolitan region and tries to clarify, looking at the case of Naples, the consequences of regional strategies considering the unexpected effects of global choices on the local city growth.
In 2010 Naples lies on a huge conurbation: the high-way infrastructures reduced the distance, increasing the accessibility of the region but without building a clear relation with the surroundings; as a consequence the city sprawls messing up the previous rural structure. At the same time, the industrial areas produced visible fractures on the configuration of the territory.
An important fact is that nowadays and worldwide, we are assisting to the replacement of the industrial sector with global services and transport; commercial activities are transforming the landscape, finding their location in places that have well defined characteristics: big plots, high visibility, global connectivity and easy accessibility. In Naples they have been established in the same area where agriculture, industries and residential suburbs have already layered. Even though, here, they symbolize territorial references: “land-marks”
If the city can be described “as points of articulation and of translation between different extensive layers of the multi-scaled urban ‘cake’“

Abstract
This short article represents an attempt to interpret the concept of density, based on an analysis of the causes that contribute to the creation dense urban areas and analyzing the changes that this process of densification makes the structure of the territory.
From methodological point of view we will analyze some dense areas in Europe, different geographical location and economic role, such as the Randstad (Netherlands), Paris (France) and Naples (Italy) and comparisons with 'metropolitan area of Milan. In fact it is one of the leaders of the so-called "Pentagon Europe" along with London, Paris, Monaco and Hamburg. The Pentagon is an area which, although on the surface rappesentando only 14% of the area (EU27), accounting for 32% of the population and produces 46.5% of the Product Intenro Gross-to-GDP-(ESPON). From these data suggest that this is not only a highly dense population level but also activity.
Densification and Urbanization
Da questo punto di vista l’accessibilità del territorio, che può be measured by the degree of infrastructure, acquires a higher value of the contiguity of functions. An example of this process can be found in the phenomenon of rilocalizzazzione of economic activities on a regional scale. Many economic activities are placed in abandoned areas and entire districts are located in old creative industries, hence the low cost of land and the high level of accessibility, due to previous industrial use, create the conditions necessary to facilitate a major development. This functional ownership of existing containers results in a transformation similar to the one that occurred in the nineteenth century. campaigns during the Napoleonic occupation (Brandon, 2006).
What is density?
At this point it is interesting to understand in more concrete terms what are the characteristics of a dense area and what are the factors that contribute to density. Winy Maas defines the density as the amount of space available per person, bringing the question of dimensional values and statistics. He also adds that the density is the third dimension of the city (MVRDV, 2006). Nevertheless, the three cases examined in this brief study helps to understand that the density can not be defined only by a dimensional look.
From methodological point of view were compared to data on metropolitan areas of the Randstad, Paris and Naples metropolitan area of Milan and the similarities or the differences in the number of inhabitants, the territorial and the resulting population density, led the investigation of various factors that contribute to the concentration of density as the structure of the system infrastructure, the historical evolution of the settlements and the location of green spaces. These factors outline the same amount of space available per person, different models of future development and densification.
The Randstad and Naples to Milan to define the obvious differences in the pattern of settlement. In fact, the Randstad is characterized as a highly urbanized area distributed around a central green (the green heart). The road infrastructure system is defined by the presence of a ring-road serving the four cities (Amsterdam-The Hague-Rotterdam-Utrecht) take the form that the Metropolitan Area.
the metropolitan area of Naples, by contrast, is characterized as a spontaneous density case in which the densification is achieved by two overlapping processes, on the one hand, a strong infrastructure Street and the other the expansion of the main settlement, Naples, and the reunion with the secondary centers of agricultural structure inherited from the early '900.
the contrary by comparison Milan / Paris was noted at numerous structural similarities, although the metropolitan area of the French capital to reach a population density equal to half the capital of Lombardy although much larger and people of this' last. E 'can see that both cities have developed according to a model characterized by a high central density, a crown of working-class neighborhoods that developed after World War II (The "ceinture rouge to Paris), and a more or less the existing green belt.
Conclusions
densify as is evident from this analysis can not only mean an increase in population in a limited portion of territory, though this represents the first step, but one must take into account many other factors that contribute to this process.

How Should Cm Look Days Before Af
Il cielo in una piazza
Premessa.
It was realized in the years '25 - '30 and, to date, an audience enclosed fifth of residential buildings and walls of tufa that gently slopes down to the street, the scene of this "urban theater" there are the sky and the sea, which, on the Via Posillipo, there is a splendid sight, with Vesuvius on the left and in front the Sorrento peninsula.
The square is currently used as parking by both residents and patrons of the businesses located on the ground floor of buildings, to the detriment of its potential of sharing space and meeting place for the neighborhood and the city.
Status of places.
Through various surveys and interviews it was possible to define the problems facing the square.
In particular, it is clear that it has lost its role as a meeting place for the community by performing more and more parking facility to serve the residences. The traffic of pedestrians and children is hampered by the massive presence of cars and the danger that comes with it.
Street furniture is almost nonexistent: a few benches and palm trees, the distinguishing feature of the square, with its flower beds. Flow analysis highlights how they are used only as a traffic island. Respondents complained about the lack of play spaces for children and meeting and entertainment for the elderly, however, the square is still recognized as having a crucial role in the "urban survival" as a parking space.
The vision of the car is an element visual pollution of a landscape otherwise privileged. Similarly, waiting for the bus shelters, located on the central axis of the space, represent a barrier to views over the Bay of Naples.
approach to the project.
Following this analysis we have considered the potential of the place.
is clear that this place has a very important role both at the local level to the district, both at the urban level in relationship with the city. Indeed, it is part of the series of open spaces that line the Via Posillipo with Piazza Piazza Donna Anna and Salvatore di Giacomo, thus constituting a natural meeting point for local residents.
On the other hand it is situated in one of the most scenic of the town, the visitor will remember with much more likely that the square can be seen rather than the square itself.
The project, accordingly, it moves on these two levels trying to combine them. On the one hand offers a solution to the problem of cars and the availability of space for local residents and other accentuates the panoramic of the square, mending the gap between the pedestrian area and the appearance.
Architectural quality.
The proposed project involves the construction of a plate, connecting the various units of the square gently separates the flow of vehicular and pedestrian what reaches overlooking the uninterrupted view. This solution reinforces the identity of the imaginary square of the city, redefining it as a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Naples where the view is framed by palm trees.
Motor vehicle use is maintained at its current level, however, it is deflected by the position today and sent to the bottom of the square. This choice allows to preserve the possibility of access to residences and at the same time pedestrianize most of the space. The plate, in fact, at this point reaches a height that the passage of the machines onsentire below. Even the parking lots are located in this area, on an area covered, but open.
As mentioned a moment ago, the Piazza San Luigi is now used as a parking lot, despite its exceptional environmental quality and its strategic location for the neighborhood.
Improving the quality of social life in a community is strongly linked to the existence of a common area. It, in fact, precisely because the public has two fundamental characteristics: First, it enables all the things that happen to be seen and heard by all and have the widest possible publicity, and secondly, it can be considered as a space -from [in-between] that relates and separates people who use them.
Essa è trattata in modo da assolvere le functions of public space and be a place of play, meeting and discussion among local residents, but also for visitors.
The area in front of the building side, it is also a pedestrian, this space is a matter of the buildings and provides support for businesses located on the ground floor.
The bus shelters are grouped under the general plan: Put on the sides do not hinder the view of the landscape.
Rispetto dell’ambiente.
The decision to maintain the existing tree species derives not only from a desire to preserve the most striking elements of the place, but also by the knowledge that they require less maintenance. This decision, together with the diversion of traffic towards the end of the square, and to cover the redesign of the parking, encouraging the use of public transport and the creation of large areas of pedestrian easily enjoyable, thanks to the mild climate enjoyed by the
city for much of the year, are the elements that converge to define a design approach to environmental quality and promotion of styles alternative and sustainable living.

Auditorium Ravello The project was designed by Oscar Niemeyer in 2000, but various legal disputes have delayed the start work until 2006.
What is finally taking shape architecture is sober, unspectacular, che, con discrezione, si fa il suo posto. E sta.
L'nserimento di un'architettura contemporanea in un contesto così particolare aveva spaventato molti; eppure, sebbene la cifra dell'architettura Oscar Niemeyer is present from the first sketches, the project is clearly the product of the place for which it is conceived. Here is the full white applicant Mediterranean architecture and seating for spectators who follow the natural slope of the land. It is no coincidence, then, that the auditorium has been designed with a square. Those who know Ravello here knows how important the sharing of public space: everything is still going on and decide in the Piazza del Duomo. Soon another area of interaction will be available to the citizens, in the shadow of a temple sacred music and beauty.
It is, therefore, looking, poised on the edge, gazing at the blue sea, blue sky, the gray-green of the mountain ...
